How it works

Where the data comes from

We only read employers' own career pages and the official feeds of their applicant-tracking systems. We don't copy job boards or aggregators. We respect robots.txt, identify our bot with a contact address and check each site at most once a week.

Our data rules

• If the employer doesn't state something (pay, deadline, location, contract), we show "Not stated".
• Every item links to the employer's original page and shows when we first saw it and last checked it.
• We publish only the title, employer, place, dates, our classification and stated pay, not the full ad text.
• Closed roles stay visible, marked closed, for 7 days.
• Calendar entries not re-checked in the last 60 days are hidden until someone checks them again.

Calendar labels

"Expected (per employer)" means the employer has announced a period but not exact dates. "To be confirmed" means the date comes from a previous year or a third party.

Categories are our labels

Sector, wheels, series, discipline and level are assigned by us with automatic rules, mostly from the job title. They can be wrong: the employer's ad is always the reference.

Roles in Europe

We show roles located in Europe: the 27 EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican, Andorra, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey. Roles elsewhere (for example in the USA) are not shown, and the employer's page says how many there are. A role whose ad states no country is shown: not knowing the place is not the same as outside Europe.

Motorsport roles and other roles

Many of these employers also hire outside motorsport. We list both, apart: motorsport roles, and other roles at the same employers (road cars, tyres, consulting and so on). Roles we can't place yet are marked "Not yet classified". The jobs page has three groups: Racing (teams, championships and car brands' racing divisions), Supply chain (racing work at motorsport suppliers) and Automotive & related (road cars and motorcycles, and other non-racing work). It opens on Racing; "All" shows everything. The label is ours and can be wrong: tell us and we'll correct it.

Employers without a job list

Some employers publish no job list, or ask bots not to read their site. We still list them, with a link to their own website, so you can apply directly.

What we cover

One row per employer: how we read its job list, what happened in the last run and how many roles are shown. "Not read automatically" and "Not tracked yet" employers are listed with a link to their own site.

Last run: 28 Oct 2026. 383 open roles shown; 25 of 142 employers read.
